Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the digital marketing services provided by our marketing team, including but not limited to advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Our marketing services include campaign planning, ad creation, audience targeting, budget optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting for Google Ads and Meta Ads. The exact scope of work will be defined and agreed upon before campaign execution.
2. Advertising Platforms
All advertising campaigns are executed through third-party platforms such as Google and Meta. We do not own or control these platforms and are subject to their respective advertising policies, guidelines, and approval processes.
3. Ad Approval and Compliance
Campaign approvals are solely at the discretion of Google and Meta. We are not responsible for ad rejections, account suspensions, or restrictions imposed due to policy violations. Clients must ensure that all content, products, and services advertised comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
4. Budget and Ad Spend
Advertising budgets are paid directly to the respective platforms unless otherwise agreed. We do not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, impressions, or conversions. Performance may vary depending on market conditions, competition, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
5. Performance and Results
While we strive to optimize campaigns for best possible performance, digital marketing results cannot be guaranteed. Metrics such as reach, clicks, leads, and conversions depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, creatives, landing pages, product details, and timely approvals. Any delays or inaccuracies may affect campaign performance.
7. Intellectual Property
All ad creatives, copies, and campaign materials developed by our marketing team remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Platform data and insights remain subject to Google and Meta policies.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of campaign data, account access credentials, strategies, and performance reports shared during the engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of advertising platforms, including but not limited to loss of revenue, account suspension, or platform downtime.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the marketing engagement with prior written notice as agreed. Any outstanding fees or ad spends incurred before termination must be settled.
11. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in platform policies, laws, or business practices. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
If you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact our marketing team before proceeding with any advertising campaigns.
